Simply Watercolor Christmas, Day 7

Today's class, Words and Typography. I used one of the provided templates for my card. It turned out great, if I do say so. That is, after my first attempt (see below) where I dropped my brush not once but twice. What can I say. LOL

Here is my finished card for today's class. I love it. 






Ummm, yeah. 

For my watercolors, I used Ranger Distress Inks, fired brick, worn lipstick, forest moss, and twisted citron. I embellished the letters with white pen and gold pen.

  2. I looked at your I looked at your card and thought “that looks great! I can’t see where you dropped the brush!” Then scrolled down...LOL I feel you! There’s no coming back from that so better to begin again. Hahaaa! Your finished card looks fantastic.

    I think you could still salvage the other card by painting the background or cutting the letters and adding them to a different base. Hope you had fun with ita
