Finally....it's time for the full release!! Woop woop! I hope you're as excited about this release as we are. It is so much fun to work with, I'm sure you'll be glad to have it in your crafty arsenal. :)

For my featured product today, I'm showcasing the new Tag Gift Card Pocket Die. I love this cute little envie pocket. It can be used for so many things, not just a gift card, as I shared in yesterday's sneak peek. Here I've used it as a sort of invitation for a girls' night out.

The tag base is the scalloped edge large tag die, with the banner and confetti dies from the 4x4 Journaling +More die set. On the pocket itself, I used a speech bubble for my message, taken from the new set Fun Pocket Sentiments that coordinates with the pocket die.

Tickets in the pocket envie. I used a LOT of different stamp sets to create all my one-of-a-kind sentiments. You'll find them all in the products list below.

To start at the beginning of the hop, you'll want to hop over to Emma's blog, but if you've arrived here from Cindy's blog, you're right on track. You will head over to Micia's blog next. Thanks for coming by today, and remember to leave your contact info in your comment so we can get in touch with you if you win!

LOTS, I tell ya! ;) And here is my project. I used the Stitched Chevy dies from day 1, and from the new release Fun Gift Pocket Sentiments set, my sentiment...duh. Haha! My actual card base is from the 4x4 Journaling+ More die set.

I love how versatile the Chevys are!

And inside the NEW Tag Gift Card Pocket Die! This one fits on a tag ... as you can see I didn't think far enough ahead when I made a 4-inch card, but you can see how this size pocket will fit onto a tag and accommodate the gift card perfectly. The inside sentiment is also part of the Fun Gift Pocket Sentiments set.

Good morning! Today's showcased items from the new release are Hello Chickie stamp set and Stitched Grass Die, as well as an extra little sneak of an upcoming set. For my first card I used the stitched heart dies to make a window and stamped my sentiment from the I'm a Lucky Girl new release. Instead of pattern paper, I used washi tape and coordinated all the elements in the same color palette.

On this card, I used the stitched grass border die multiple times to give it dimension and fullness......much like my own lawn when hubs doesn't mow it - lots and lots of fullness! LOL

Sweet little chickie die and basket come with the stamp set! BONUS! The sentiment is also from the new set. The large egg dies are included in the previous release, Hello Spring. I used this adorable face stamp by Peachy Keen.

Adorableness everywhere! I hope you're enjoying the sneak peeks this week. Don't forget to come back tomorrow for the last sneak, then our big Release Blog Hop on Friday when we will have a special guest hopping with us. ;)

Today's featured set is I'm a Lucky Girl. The pretty flourish on my sentiment tag and the row of shamrocks I used to make my border come with this set as well as the adorable top hat die!!

So cute, isn 't it! Here I used the hat with the doily die, oval die from the Surprise Pop Out Card, and a previously released set called I Believe in Leprechauns for the sentiment. The sweet flourish is also part of the new release.

I had to make a treat bag to accompany my card. The kisses are all from a Peachy Keen set, Kiss Me Leprechaun, sentiment from MCT I Believe in Leprechauns and the bag topper is the large label die by MCT. To make the cute tags on the bottom of the candies (these are Rolos....I ♥ Rolos!...but you could also use Hershey Kisses) I used the circle die from the Build a Banner kit, shamrock stamp from the new, I'm a Lucky Girl set, and kisses from the Peachy set.

This new release is just adorable. You're going to love every single item. I'm so extremely lucky and grateful to be able to work with Emma's fabulous products. :) Be sure to check out the other designer blogs for lots more delicious sneaky peekys!!

Inspiration Wednesday

I love puns. In fact, I often speak in puns in my daily life. Weird, I know, but I've never claimed that I am not weird, so there you go. My cards today are inspired by puns! Hope you enjoy them. :)

Get it? Stud Muffin!? LOL I used the 3x4 journaling die, Celebrate Good Times cupcake die, and the tag is from the Build a Banner Kit. "Hey" from the Girls' Night Out stamps and "stud" is the Label alphabet stamps.

The dots are embossing paste which I colored with Distress Marker, Worn Lipstick - that cool cracked look was a surprise. I took a close up just to show you how neat it looks.

Inside: "You're the muffin to my preserves." I used the Chunky Jar die set, speech bubbles, and All Around Goodies for the tiny muffin and preserves stamps. The stitched circle is from the Build a Banner Kit, and the confetti in the jar is from the 4x4 Journaling + More die set.

My second card. Love this. I made the library card pocket from a file folder. Embellished with the Doily die, heart, Puffy Hearts stamp set and Classroom Valentines stamp set (ladybug). Also, the "to/from" are from the Classroom Valentines.

3x4 Journaling card and library card stamp from coordinating Journal It! set. Sentiments made using A Day in December, Things I Love, Stitched Layering Heart dies, Puffy Hearts Just For You, and speech bubble die.

Stitched Sweetheart dies, Here's Lookin at You stamp set (glasses) and Peachy face from the Sweet on You Assortment.

Tag it Tuesday

Good morning. Today we are sharing tags ... here is mine. I used scraps from previous projects and had everything right there on my worktop which made this a quick project!

Stamp sets used on the ticket are Holiday Tickets, It's All About You, and Treasured Moments. The message on the tag is from Treasured Moments, and the light bulb is from the You're Brilliant set. Hope you like! :) Thanks for stopping by!

For The Boys Challenge, Melonheadz Friends

New challenge up on the Melonheadz Friends blog. This one is For The Boys. Be sure to link up your project for a chance to win sweet images drawn by Nikki herself!

For my first project, I used a freebie image, which you can find on the Melonheadz Illustrating blog. Get on over there and snag it up! This card is for my oldest grandson, I have three of those - grandsons, that is. ;) And they are all my favorite, as are my five grandgirls! LOL

The sentiment is from My Creative Time, More of My Favorite Sayings stamp set, and the 'frame' - not sure what to call that - is from the papers I used. They're old papers I've had in my stash called Man of the House by Bella Blvd. The colors match perfectly to the colors of the image so I didn't need to color it myself.

For this card I used more freebie images. Love these best buddies. I embellished them a tad by adding a star stamp, #1, stripes and burlap stamps to their clothes. I wanted to make a "dirty" background so I used grunge stamps to give it some "boyishness".

Inside message also includes freebie images snail, frog, and puppy with bone.....

...who is on a wobble! These images are so darling, but adding dimension and movement really brings them to life! Hope you like!

Won't you join us for this new challenge??? Link up on the Melonheadz Friends blog. ♥

Try Me Tuesday

I'm not sure I pulled off this 'try me' but here's my finished card, nonetheless. Our try-me technique today is a double stamped background (see sample here) I liked the colors used in the sample video, so I used them as well, adding a touch of yellow with the paper flower and twine. I like it.

My background is done with the Get Schooled 4x4 background set, using the grid stamp and stamping again with the lines and dots background. To tie in my paper flower, I added a flower stamp from Bloom Where You Are Planted.

Sentiment comes from the Follow Your Dreams set.

Product List:
My Creative Time, Get Schooled 4x4 background dies
My Creative Time, Bloom Where You Are Planted stamp set
My Creative Time, Follow Your Dreams stamp set
Handmade flower using Prima paper blossoms
