Day 4, the last day of sneaks before the big hop tomorrow!! Are you ready?? You're gonna love this release!! Today I'm featuring the new Celebrate Good Times stamp and die set, and the new large Tag Dies. I LOVE these!! When I decided on the paper I wanted to use, I knew I wanted to do a banner to match. But I wasn't sure how I was going to do it. It wasn't working with just one tag. Aha! Why not use TWO tags! I overlapped the tops so the pretty scallops would be on either end, and viola, problem solved! Now there is room for the pretty banner....
 .....for ice cream.......
 .....for Courtney's initial.....
....and for a chocolatey cupcake too! Doesn't the frosting look real! Liquid Applique. I love this stuff. I use white for snow, and the brown is perfectly chocolatey and looks almost good enough to eat. ALMOST - really, don't eat it, K? ;)
But then another dilemma. How to make the card stand up when it's one sided with no folds. I scoured youtube and google and pinterest looking for an idea to make an easel without a die. No luck. Then I got a brain flash!! Worked out beautifully don't you think?!
And it folds flat for mailing too. Perfect! :)

We are on Day 3 of Sneak Peek Party week! I hope you're keeping up with us! LOL For my project today, I've used the new Fun Pockets dies. Isn't this the cutest little thing! I combined it with the Pain, Pain, Go Away stamp set and petals dies for a sweet get well card.

Look in the pocket.....it's a tissue! A real tissue! Notice the pointed shape. I folded the tissue several times, then cut the full thickness using the pointed end of the other pocket die. CUTE!

From the Pain, Pain, Go Away stamp set.

Flowers using the MCT Petal Dies, punches, and leaves. Can you see the glossy accents on the heart?

And finally, the inside message. I ran across this poem online and it could not have been any more perfect for my card today!

Product List:
My Creative Time, Fun Pockets dies
My Creative Time, Flower Petals dies
My Creative Time, Pain Pain Go Away stamp set
Pattern papers by October Afternoon
Various leaf dies, punches, ink, computer generated text, ribbon, glossy accents, machine sewing, tissue

Hello

Welcome to another Scrapbuggy Tuesday! Today's card is a simple one using shapes for unexpected purposes. These birds are not birds at all. The cloud, nope, not a cloud. Nor is the grass really grass. Let me explain.

Look closely at the birdies...they are actually made from heart shapes!!! Cut the heart in half and you have two birds! Cut a smaller heart in half for their wings, and one smaller yet for their beaks. Isn't it cute!? Not my original idea, but one I thought was worth sharing. You can draw the legs with a marker if you prefer, but I used the sign posts from the QK Billboard Sign dies.

The cloud and grass though are my ideas. The cloud is from the QK Reuse Gift Set...

...and the pretty grass is one of the Lifestyle Crafts Edges.

Product List:
Various QK heart dies
QK Billboard Sign dies
QK Reuse Gift Set
Lifestyle Crafts Edges
My Mind's Eye Lime Twist, Fly a Kite 6x6 paper pad
My Creative Time, Floral Sentiments stamp
Ribbon, Liz' Paper Loft Boutique
Cardstock, ink, small corner rounder

Welcome to Day 1 of Sneak Peek Party Week!! Of course, they aren't really sneaks since you've likely seen Emma's fab projects already, but it wouldn't be release week without calling it sneaks, so I'm sticking with tradition! LOL Today I'm using the new stamp and die set, What's Growing On, along with the new large Tag Dies. You are going to LOVE these dies, people. L.O.V.E. Isn't the mustache so cute on the heart!?? I don't know what made me think of that other than my heart hurts waiting for summer when my scrappy buddy, grandgirl Grace, gets to come and stay with us! :) And all the hemp twine at the top looks kind of hairy, don't you think. LOL It goes with the punny sentiment!

Here you can see how I popped the mustache with foam tape. I love the dimension it gives my projects.

Product List:
My Creative Time, What's Growing On stamp and die set
My Creative Time, Tag dies
My Creative Time, heart die {special limited edition}
Lifestyle Crafts nesting lacy circle die
My Minds Eye, Kraft Fun Day, Happy Days 6x6 paper pad
Ink, twine, sanding, foam tape
