Try Me Tuesday - ghost stamping

Hello on this try-me Tuesday! Today's technique is super simple but really packs a punch. Some have called this faux letterpress stamping, some call it ghost stamping. Regardless the term you want to use, it starts with white ink. I combined my ghost stamping technique with masking. Check it out!

Stamp your image first in white ink. Be sure it's dry before you continue, then stamp over the top, slightly offset, in another color. In this case, I used Hero Arts Orange Soda to compliment my card background color. That's all there is to it!! Go on and try it. I know you want to! ;)


Both the bunny stamp and sentiment are from the Hello Spring stamp and die set by My Creative Time. Add a ribbon and done. Such a fun technique and so easy to do. I hope you'll try it.

    I'd never heard of ghost stamping but it sure look so awesome I so can't wait to give it a try you sure did a fantastic job with this technique. Love how you used Miss Emma's goodies
