I used the Silhouette for the title and the journaling pocket, frame from the Rev label, hearts from the A's exclusive hearts border, and MS doily lace border punch. Brads, button, ribbon - scan kinda faded out the pretty pink brads.
The little pocket holds my hospital bracelet and the tag with her birth stats.
