Good things

I decided this year instead of making resolutions that I am horrible at keeping anyway {LOL} to do a "good things" jar instead! Each time something good/great/awesome happens, I make a note and drop it in the jar! I think this will be a great way to count my blessings at the end of the year, as well as refresh my memory when it comes time to write up the yearly newsletter. :) What do you think?!

Top Faves of 2012

Wow. 2013 - already! Last year flew by for me, and it seems every year goes by faster and faster. I guess that comes with age. 'Gumball machine' from dollar store supplies. This was so much fun I think I need to make another one!

This layout of Olivia and her violin was for a sketch challenge at A Cherry on Top. The display stand is also one of my fave projects though I didn't make it, the hubster did. ;)

Trinket box for Courtney's birthday. I made this from an empty ribbon spool.

Paper flower and clothes pin wreath which hangs on the door to my studio. I made each and every paper flower by hand. FUN project!!

Joy Christmas banner using the Fontopia Cricut Cartridge.

Super fun card I made for a friend. Who loves movies. And large pickles. At the movie. {smh--LOL} I made the dice from shrink plastic. Love!

Valentine treats

Let's combine some new and old products and see what we can come up with! Here we have the bubble gum box die from My Creative Time combined with the new release layered hearts dies. 

The largest heart makes the perfect sized window for this candy box, and I've used it to make a matching backpack charm too. 

These would be super cute a party favors, classmate Valentines, or a sweet treat for a neighbor, mailman, or hairdresser too. Have fun!

Happy New Year!!! I can't believe it's 2013...gonna be hard to say, I think! Wow, time flies. Have a wonderful year ahead, and if you made any resolutions, best wishes to you for keeping them. Thanks for taking a few minutes to check out my bloggyness. ♥

Here's my sweet little rolled flower {so easy; it's just a circle!} adding the perfect touch to my tulle bow.

This is the sweet new stitched postage stamp frame die. Love. Love. Love. I've popped this one with foam tape and slanted the message beneath. This sentiment could not be any more perfect....it's how I always sign cards to my hubby so I had to use it, of course! 

The inside message is too cute. These sweet lovey dovey owls are by Hero Arts. The sentiment and the two hearts are from the new MCT release {see product list below}.

Today's project features this awesome new lacy scalloped heart. I had to use it for a shaker just because that's how I roll. I love the way it turned out. The filler is tiny red and white hearts and big fat red lips. {SWAK} Also, the background is not pattern paper....it is a stamp!!!! An awesome, huge stamp called Love Collage, also in this release!! 

My sentiment is from the new release, Lots of Love. This font is delicious! I used two stamps for this....Love is one, you and me is a separate one.
