Happy Announcement!!

I'm SO EXCITED to be able to announce that I have once again been asked to remain on the FABULOUS DESIGN TEAM for My Creative Time!!! WOOT!!! It is my pleasure to accept this new assignment and to work with an AWESOMELY TALENTED group of wonderful crafters. For those who are new,
here's a little about me.

My name is Sharron, but I go by Shar (sounds like Cher, rhymes with chair LOL).
I have three grown kids and eight grands. I've been a paper crafter for as long as I can remember but started archival scrapbooking in 2002. Then, I never dreamed I'd have my own room filled with yummy crafting supplies, but thanks to my honey who is a general contractor, he made my dream come true and I'm forever grateful for my sweet little studio. I live in the teeny town of Ephrata, smack dab in the middle of Washington State, a transplant from Gig Harbor/Tacoma on Puget Sound. Which I miss horribly! I've met so many wonderful people in this hobby and continue to be amazed by the talent that
I am so fortunate to have the opportunity to work with.
THANK YOU, EMMA, for the opportunity to share your beautiful stamp sets through my projects.

Now, for my project. Today I've made an anniversary card using My Creative Time, Many Greetings stamp set. Sunday will be 58 years married for my mom and dad. They were children when they married.  Love you mom and dad!!!! For their card, I used the My Mind's Eye Meadowlark 6x6 paper pad, all black and white papers. I love the elegant look of the black and white with just a touch of color, don't you.

My flower embellishment, this time using one of my handmade roses. You can barely see the sparkle on the bird that I added using the Spica silver glitter pen. Simple sentiment by My Creative Time, Many Greetings.

I've used one of the Lifestyle Crafts Edge It dies and layered it for a lacy look. So pretty.

Product List:
My Creative Time sentiment stamp, Many Greetings
Lifestyle Crafts Edge It Kit
Lifestyle Crafts nesting concave squares
Spellbinders Labels 22
Spellbinders foliage die
Quickutz leaf die, RS0101
Fern leaf punch, bling, button, ribbon, ink

Thank you for visiting my studio today and sharing with me my happy announcement!!! I look forward to all the new and delicious goodies Emma has in store, and can't wait to share them with you. Have a crafty weekend, everyone!

Wildflower Gift Set...on sale!

I used the Lifestyle Crafts Gift Set for my card. This set is jam packed with tons of dies, and even includes a chipboard album and complete mini alphabet set! Best of all it's on sale right now at Scrapbuggy so if you haven't got it yet, I highly recommend you rush your butt over there and get one before they are gone. This is an awesome set and the value is phenomenal.

The bird and multi-layer flower from the set. This flower actually has three layers, one larger than the two I used for my flower.

The label is also part of the set, plus there is a larger size for matting/shadowing. I stamped my sentiment using Tim Holtz Love Struck ticket stamp in rich cocoa ink to match the brown in the paper.

Product List:
Lifestyle Crafts Wildflower Gift Set dies
Bazzill textured cardstock
My Mind's Eye, Paris and Co. 6x6 paper pad
Basic Grey brad from the Granola collection
Love Struck ticket stamp, Stampers Anonymous
Sheer ribbon, ink, Fiskar's paper crimper

Thanks for coming by today. Don't forget to check out the sale going on at Scrapbuggy. Limited quantities so first come, first served. You'll be sad if you miss out! Just sayin'.  ;)
