Pocket card thingy. Fairly simple and quick make.

Step two, cover in book paper, or whatever you want to use. I have an old dictionary I purchased at the thrift store several years ago that I use for this type of project.
This is how we started. Toni purchased some already made pocket frames at Michael's and shared measurements, so I made one; step one. Finished piece is 5 1/2 x 4 1/4 inches, closed.
