For my version of Robin's card, I used the Thankful Heart leaf dies cut from pattern papers. I love the way the soft colors and patterns look together. Can you guess how I made my acorn? The top part I cut by hand and ran through my paper crimper, but the acorn itself is actually a Christmas ornament die! Ta-da!! Isn't it cute?!
The burlap paper strip behind the leaves and acorn give the card more of a natural look, and the twine in a color that matches one of the leaves "ties" it all together.
This is one of my favorite sentiments. This one is part of the Life is Good stamp set.
Remember to count your blessings daily. Sometimes it might be harder to see them when you're having a bad day, but they are always there. Thank you for coming by today, bloggy blessings! :)
