Just for fun

Today I'm sharing a card I made using my newest stamp loves, Prima Mixed Media Dolls. They're so much fun to 'dress up' and they are so girly, I can't stop playing with them. I never did have enough paper dolls as a little girl--now I can have as many dolls as I want, and fill their pretend closets with awesome fashions! LOL

I used this adorable doll on a 'let's do lunch' card. Nothing special or fancy, but such fun to make. I pieced random paper scraps for the background and added a few distressed rubons and flourish die cuts. The fancy label for the sentiment is by Spellbinders.

I added stickles highlights to her strawberry blonde hair, and a pretty flower that matches her outfit. The super cute teensy bling flowers I used for her hair clip and necklace are by Heidi Swapp. Pattern papers for her outfit are scraps from MME, Mischievous 6x6 paper pad.

Sentiment by My Creative Time from the You're Brilliant stamp set. Arrow die is also MCT.

That's it for today. Just playing around with my paper dolls. :) Hope you're having a great weekend! See you back here tomorrow with the first of My Creative Time's Halloween Hustle. Five days of tricked out ideas for last minute treats!!!

  2. Sweet job with your paper doll. I like the darker colors you chose. Her necklace and hair flower are cool too.
