Masculine card

Today's card is simple and masculine but has a striking design, I think. I 'borrowed' the design idea from a pinterest post { http://pinterest.com/pin/42573158947541637/ } to make this card for my dad, who has a birthday next week. This started out to be something completely different than it ended up. But I really like it so I'm leaving it alone now. Hahaha

Sentiment is from the Man of the House paper collection by Bella Blvd. Mat behind the sentiment is part of the billboard die set by Quickutz.

Product List:
Lifestyle Crafts nesting squares
Quickutz billboard set
Bella Blvd, Man of the House pattern paper
Fancy Pants Designs, Mechanics pattern paper
Bazzill textured cardstock
Foam tape

Thanks for coming by the studio. I have two posts up again today. Lucky you! ;) haha

  2. This is a simple, but brilliant way to pull off a masculine card. I always struggle with finding images to suit, that aren't repetitive or cliche. From now on, I'll just leave it to the paper choices, and forget about "images". After all, regardless of gender, good design is good design! Your dad will love it!
