This week I went a little crazy and couldn't stop crafting for today's post. So you get THREE projects to inspire you. Let's get started......
First up is a card. I used a lacy edged circle die for my card base.
The sentiment is from MCT, Teeny Tag Greetings, the polka dot border is one of the accent pieces for the Easter egg die from the Hello Spring stamp set, and can you guess what I used for the flowers??
Again I've used the MCT stitched scallop and circle die set. I just love how these little flowers turn out using those dies. Fab, don't you think! Then I topped it all off with foliage cuts, pearl beads, sheer ribbon bow and punched butterfly.

For my second project, I made these cute jelly bean jars.
This time for my flowers, using the same stitched scallop die, I cut them from felt. LOVE them!!
I used the MCT Teeny Tags and Teeny Tags Greetings with twine for the gift tags...
And for the belly bands, two are pattern papers and two are made from paint chip sample strips {green pictured above; purple pictured below)! I wish I had picked up a few more of this style I would have used them for all four of the jars. Anyway, they turned out pretty cute!

And for my last project today, again going with an Easter theme, I found these cutie patootie little pink buckets at the dollar store (4/pk for $1 -in lots of colors too!) and thought they would be fab little gift buckets or mini Easter baskets.
Easter grass is super simple to make if you don't need a bajillion tons of it. I used one sheet of green tissue paper and cut it in strips with zigzag edges border dies. Viola! Easter grass in a jiffy!!
The teeny candy cups are also a $1 store find. They are plastic shot glasses from the wedding section. Ha! I put mini cupcake paper in the corner of a baggie, added color coordinated jelly beans, tied it off with a ribbon and snipped off the top of the baggie. Cute.
I again used paint chip sample cards for the cute tags {isn't that peeps bunny die adorbs!?) and the egg pencil holder, as well as the kool aid singles wraps.

ReplyDeleteYou really ran with this challenge! First, the flower embellishments made that simple card spectacular! Then, the jelly jars with super sweet felt flowers! The makeshift Easter baskets are adorable. We moved about 6 months ago, and I haven't the faintest idea, where the baskets are! I know I saw these at my dollar store. Looks like I'll be making a trip...Maybe I'll pick up the shot glasses, too! Thanks for so much inspiration!
