MCT Throwback Thursday

Welcome to another Throwback Thursday with My Creative Time! Today I thought I'd "throwback" to the previously released gift card die in addition to an older Cricut cart. Double throwback! LOL I'm using the new Coffee Backgrounds with the Love You a Latte Cricut Cartridge. Perfect combo, wouldn't you say! :)

I love the cute little coffee mill and coffee beans. I also used the MCT scalloped circle die stamped with the coffee beans from MCT's new release, You're Perk-fect. I love the coffee words and cute little cups and mugs in the Coffee Backgrounds stamp.

And on the inside I used the other coffee background stamp, argyle design.

Voila! The finished project! :)

Felt flowers and birthday wishes and a WINNER

First things first: Happy birthday to my first born daughter Cyndi!!!! Happy birthday also to my dad!!!

Also, I want to announce the winner of the My Creative Time Blog Hop....congrats to Kristi who will receive the brand new release Charming 6x6 paper pad by Echo Park! You're going to love it, Kristi. I love it so much I ordered one for myself as well. LOL Thanks for joining us for the blog hop. Be sure to check out Emma's blog at My Creative Time tomorrow for a full list of all the winners.

Also: happy first day of spring! It's a busy day today. :)

Ok, for today's project I made felt flowers from Tim Holtz tattered pine cone die. Love that die, it's so versatile. I don't typically fall for felt, but I wanted something different and thought the orange felt on the green and brown would be striking. I like it. :)
Sentiment is by Paper Trey Ink from the Just The Ticket set.
Product List:

More guest designer projects!

Click here to join the My Creative Time Blog Hop post and a chance to win a new release paper pad by Echo Park!

As promised, here are more projects you'll see on the CupCards {to go} blog and gallery this month. I am honored to be guest designer for March. Check out this months kit here - Hillside card kit.

Using paper, ribbon, flower and tag from the kit, I made this cute jelly bean treat box using the treat box die from My Creative Time. The sentiment and bunny stamp are also by My Creative Time.
In addition to the kit items, I incorporated a paint chip sample, strip of polka dot paper and pearl beads to this card. Everything else comes in the kit.

The butterfly is actually on one of the pattern papers that comes in the kit. Easy enough to cut out with scissors, but even easier with the Classic Butterfly punch by Martha Stewart. It's almost an exact match! Add a few pearl beads and jazz it up. :)

That's it. All my projects for CupCards to go. I hope you've enjoyed them as much as I enjoyed sharing with you. Be sure to check out the blog to purchase the kit as well as the gallery for tons more ideas how to use these products!

Have a crafty weekend. ♥

Today I'm sharing a few more of the projects I did for my CupCards {to go} guest spot this month, using the Hillside card kit. You can see these and others I created, as well as projects by the talented CupCards Design Team, in the gallery

In addition to the kit, I used a Quickutz embossing folder on this one.

The sentiment for this one is a stamp by My Creative Time, and not included in the kit.

Here I added one of my handmade flowers and bling to the pieces I used from the kit.

Happy weekend crafters! Make it a creative one. :)

For the hop, I am featuring the set called Coffee Break from this awesome release. I love this set. But then I love the whole release, so I think you can't really go wrong with any of them. I say get 'em all. ;)
In addition I used sentiments from the Cocoa Motion set
super cute to go cup is not just a stamp, but also a die and included with the set!!!! And so is the sleeve. And the cute argyle background stamp I used to decorate it. Eeeep! Adorbs and a half!!! You need it.
I used a die for my label and the saying from the Cocoa Motion set. The pocket is a die by Cottage Cutz. I simply cut two and adhered them together around the edges. Easy peasy little pouch to give a little chocolate!
But I didn't stop there....I couldn't stop! Way too cute and fun to play with, I had to make a second project for today. :) This to go cup is just stinkin' cute!
It's not just for coffee, you know!
Again using sentiments from Cocoa Motion along with the Coffee Break set.
