This adorable tag is the perfect size for this sweet little Tim Holtz cork bottle.
I added a sweet teeny flower and made a teeny butterfly out of teeny hearts to embellish the cork. Isn't it the sweetest! I've placed a quarter next to it for size comparison.
This is the butterfly I made using teensy weensy little hearts. The hearts are the leftovers from the Martha Stewart heart doily border punch.
