Happy NSD-Eve, crafty friends! Are you planning anything special for this glorious weekend!? There are celebrations and festivities everywhere today, online and in "real" life as well LOL, so I hope you'll be able to join the fun no matter where you are. I would like to invite you to join us at Scrapbuggy for NSD fun. We'll have lots of challenges and prize giveaways and would love to see you there! Be sure to check the blog and facebook page for challenges posted throughout the day. There will also be one final prize at the end of the weekend too. You won't want to miss out!
And - I've made a pennant just for you in honor of this wonderful day! There are so many delicious elements to it, that I thought I'd share with you as I would any other project, in case you're wondering what I used where. So here goes!
The pennant itself is by Lifestyle Crafts. I love the size of it (this one is 9 inches) and that it has the hanging tabs at the top as well as an overlay piece you can use or not.
Also by Lifestyle Crafts, the dogwood flower die from the newest release, the Wildflower gift set, is quickly becoming a favorite! The leaves I used with my flower are an oldie moldie QuicKutz die, and the ornate border along the top is by Spellbinders.
Also from the Wildflower gift set are the numbers. It comes with a full upper case alphabet, punctuation and numbers in a mini size. Really cute.
Again by Lifestyle Crafts, this adorable little mini ticket is the smallest in the set of nesting tickets. I love them all - they are so versatile and can be used for any type of tag, journaling block or even a mat for a photo. The flag is one of three sizes that come with the Lifestyle Crafts DIY pennant die.
Here I've used Tim Holtz mini rosettes (die by Sizzix) cut in half and strung as a bunting. Aren't they cute!
And the final element to show you is this adorable stamp designed by Emma of My Creative Time. I love this special limited edition stamp and was so excited to be one of the lucky ones who ordered in time to get this little bonus gem!
Shar that is adorable. I love it.
