Happy Friday! :) For today's layout I used {gasp} my Cricut Expression!!! HAHA! I know, I know...I LOVE my manual dies, they are my babies ;) but for this page I followed Emma's Throwback Thursday challenge from the My Creative Time blog and used 1) and older cartridge {Geographically Speaking is the one I chose}, 2) green, and 3) yellow.
Always love my foam tape! Doesn't the foam tape make the title look awesome.
From the My Creative Time stamp set, Have Fun in the Sun.
And these super cute salt and pepper mills by the Scrapping Cottage. Yes, they are a die. I couldn't possibly do a layout without a single die on it, could I!?? :) I cut them from cork and inked them for dimension. I love how realistically wood-like the cork paper looks.
Product list:
Cricut Cartridge, Geographically Speaking
Cottage Cutz, salt & pepper mini die
My Creative Time stamps, Have Fun in The Sun
October Afternoon, Modern Homemaker collection
Bazzill cardstock
foam tape
cork paper
Tomorrow is the annual Soap Box Derby. We're so excited Grace wanted to race again this year. :) Grampa even spiffed up the race car, fixing a couple of dings and giving it a new paint job. I made new decals and added a new one this year too. ;) Now that I'll have another batch of pictures, I suppose I'd better get last year's photo album done so I can start on the new one. HAHA!!
Thanks for coming by the studio. Have a FUN and SAFE holiday weekend! I'll be back Monday with some pics of the Soap Box Derby race.
Super cute, Shar! Those salt and pepper shakers are adorable, and your Graphically Speaking cuts are perfect for this layout! I always forget about that cartridge, and there are so many fun cuts on it!
ReplyDeleteSo so cute. I love what you did with Emma's stamps on here and the salt and pepper shakers are too cute! Hugs- Glora

Great Layout! Love the stamping on the arrow. I know what you mean about the manual dies. My Cricut and Silhouette just sit collecting dust...
