"M" for Mom

I love this new paper collection by My Mind's Eye - Stella & Rose. So pretty and feminine and vintage and .... just gorgeous! And thanks to NikkiF for making me look at it. I couldn't look without buying!!!

For my mother's day card I used six! different patterns from this collection, as well as a pearl brad and sticker.


The stick pin and roses are handmade by me, the other flowers and monogram are various Spellbinders dies...

...as is the flourish embellishment below the monogram.

I cut three layers of paper for the flourish and adhered two of them together. I attached this to the third layer using foam tape giving it a 3D sticker-look. I then sanded and inked the edges, and heat embossed with clear embossing powder. Finished it off by adding bling for sparkle!

I also used the same layered technique with the flowers.
