With QuicKutz releases being delayed (again! ugh) I took the time to get better acquainted with my Cricut Expression. Thanks, Holly, for lending me a couple of your carts. :)
I used Wild Card for all of these cards. I love the envelopes that match the cards, and the envelope liners are cool too, though I didn't need them on the ones where I used double sided paper. Some of these incorporate a few QK dies as well. This could make me change my mind about my card making skills. :)
TFL! And if you'd like specifics about any of these, post a comment and I'll help where I can.
P.S. - do you have any idea how hard it is to tie a bow with broken fingers? Holy cow, did I feel like a spaz. Took forever too, but I finally got it. LOL

Someone's been really busy.
ReplyDeleteThese are great cards Shar.. Hope you don't mind if I share some of your ideas:o) I particularly like
the butterfly gatefold and round scallop shape.. it's always great to see something different.
LOVE the butterflies!
ReplyDeleteWhat's up with the release being delayed?
I know all about releases being delayed.... No recent work for the SRW desing team either.. sigh.. I don't have an electric cutter.. I have the Epic NIX... seriously considering buying the new extended plates for my cuttlebug... lol even considering a silhouette or cricut BUT... I made some cards yesterday too.. Using my new Hero Arts clings and some butterflies (yes you inspired me... lol)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful cards! I especially love the martini one, but they're all so fun!
ReplyDeleteHey there Shar!
