After the long wait for the December release, I have to say it was totally worth it. I love the damask dies, the label is fabulous, and they just are so worth the wait. I think they are much more versatile than you might think when you first see them and would look especially great on wedding or anniversary pages, but would also work well with princess-type projects and heritage photos.
Sorry for the kittywompus photo here - it's attached with temporary adhesive (and slipped in the scanner obviously) as I will be replacing the actual photo when I get a good one printed out. I printed this one myself and the photo paper I got is absolute crud and the photo looks like doody in real life. :( Anyway, for this page I used QuicKutz Rev0149 doublekutz damask die, Rev0147 label, and cookie cutter alpha, MaryJane for the monogram. The papers are from Scrapbuggy's December QuicKitz, Basic Grey Eva collection. This is one of my favorite color combinations and truly, a scan doesn't do them justice. Photo is my daughter and her family; scanned, cropped and enlarged from her Christmas card. TFL!
OOH....your new dies are gorgeous!
