Happy Tuesday! It's another Peachy day for me, how about you?! I'm loving the Valentine themed Peachy Keen release and have used it along with the the adorable jumping rope girl, one of my favorites, for today's first project. The sentiment is also from the January release. There is so much to choose from in this set!!
And, again, a wobble. I don't know what came over me, but suddenly everything seems so much more fun on a wobble. She's sure a cutie patootie when she wobbles. LOL
For my second project I used the adorable stinky skunk stamp from the Cheer Up set along with the January release set. The bow is from that set, and so cute with stickles added. I paper pieced her and used clear embossing powder for the lines and glossy accents for her eyes and nose. I also slightly modified her face.
The "I love you" sentiment is part of the new release as well, but the punny follow up I did myself and printed from my computer. :) I love using play on words!
Here's a better look at the whole treat box. I guess people call them 'sour cream containers' but I have never seen sour cream come in one of these! It's cute anyway, and easy to make. Just roll a 6x4 piece of paper into a cylinder (I wrapped it around a toilet paper roll) and secure it so you have a tube. Squish one end together and glue it closed. Run the end through the crimper if you have one, if not, no big, it still works. :) Squish the other end of the tube in the opposite direction and run the end through the crimper but don't glue it shut. Fill it with treats or toys, then punch two holes and tie closed with twine or ribbon.
I'm really enjoying my time on the Peachy blog this month, and super enjoying my peachy stamps all over again. ♥ If you came here first, I encourage you to pop on over to the Peachy blog and see what's going on with those super talented ladies!
