I love you to the beach and back

Today we have a beach theme card....another one. Seriously addicted, I tell ya. The colors in this one - again some really scrumptious ones, from Pinkfresh Studio. This time we're using Ocean Breeze and Fresh Pear. Soft and pretty. Here we go.

I love this stencil for beach projects. With the gold embossed sentiment, I had to make the sand gold as well. I love the way that turned out. I almost forgot to add the perfect gold metallic pearls. They really make a difference with the gold embossing.

This is how it started. I went through the pile of cuts I had already made and started placing them on a card panel. I usually lay out the pieces and move them around until they are just the way I want them, then I will take a pic to save the layout I like best so they will still fit when I decide on the background and sentiment and its time to glue them down. No coloring, no foam tape or shaker action on this one, just some fancy gold! It came together really quickly.
