Ahoy!

I absolutely love this card. Other than the colors, it's a total copy of Angela Simpson's version from the Ellen Hutson Summer of Stamping release. 

The stamp set is Float Your Boat, by Catherine Pooler for her collaboration with Ellen Hutson. It immediately became my favorite stamp set (as you know from previous cards, if you follow this blog!) and when I saw Angela's card there was no way I wasn't going to make one. So thanks, Angela, for the great inspiration! ;) 

This alphabet die set is perfect. It's one of my all time favorites from years back, called Diesel, from Quickutz. I used graduated yellow shades of copic markers on 110# white cardstock from Papertrey Ink to create the ombre look, then die cut the letters. 

Clear dots for the perfect accent, and a little glossy accents to the windows on the ship. 

For the inside message, I added a couple more of the smaller images from the set, along with this sentiment. The confetti stamp is also part of the Float Your Boat stamp set.
