Threads n' Scraps, Day 4

Welcome to another day of Threads n' Scraps guest designs! I decided on a Halloween project for today. After all, we are in the second half of October, right! The background numbers are the Peachy Keen, What time is it? stamp. It can be used for almost anything really. Love it.  

The sentiment, isn't is cute!?, is from Peachy Keen Fruit Sentiments Two. I'm not so sure that cauldron contains any jam I would like to try, how about you? LOL

Threads n' Scraps, Day 3

Happy hump day, crafty bloggers! Today's Peachy card is a sweet get well message. I love puns so this one is very fitting. Plus I love to bake, so it's very me. :)

Again using Peachy Keen's September kitchen/baking release-- sentiment, batter bowl, and whisk. 

I added glossy accents to the batter and whisk. Kinda cool...almost makes you want to lick it. Hahaha! Kidding...cuz I do that. Kid, that is!

Threads n' Scraps, Day 2

Welcome to day 2 of my guest spot with Joy, Threads n' Scraps. For my card today, I've used this adorable hand mixer image, and the perfect "you make me dizzy" sentiment. Isn't this sweet.

You can see a little better here that I added glitter pen to parts of the mixer.

And of course, I had to add a flower. For new readers, flowers are sort of a signature look on many of my projects. I love making paper flowers! This one is a die by My Creative Time. The yellow is so pretty with the red polka dot bow.

Guess who is guest designer at Threads n' Scraps Blog!

You guessed it,....me! I'm thrilled to be guest designer for Joy at Threads and Scraps this week -- AND I'll be showcasing Peachy Keen Stamps! These are such adorable stamps and so much fun to work with! For today's card, I used the large coffee cup and coffee sentiment from the September stamp of the month release. If you didn't already know (I've been known to share this info all over facebook LOL), I won this entire release after having my kitchen/baking idea chosen for the September theme! I LOVE these stamps extra-much of course! :)

The cutie-patootie tiny sentiment, "Life's short" is from the In The Kitchen add-on set, also in this release.  I used a small oval die to make a saucer, and glossy accents for the coffee in the cup. I think I might need a real life mug that says this on it. LOL

For my card today I used scraps from lots of other Halloween projects. I love how this card turned out. 

Especially my potion bottle. Isn't it cute!? My hubs always jokes about me spiking his coffee so I though he might get a laugh from this one. I hope he'll laugh, anyway!!! LOL

"Freshly Brewed" sentiment from the You're Perk-Fect stamp set. Bats and Poison stamps from the new release Holiday Tickets stamps set. I covered the bottom half of the bottle with glossy accents to make it look like liquid. It kinda worked.
