Hello, Sunshine!

Here we are in sunny SoCal, so this one seems completely appropriate - even though my yard at home is still covered in frozen snow and the temperatures are in the teens. Brrr!!

For this card I used the super fun Good Day stamps and dies by Julie for Ellen Hutson. Again using the 6x8 Hello Summer paper pad by Simple Stories, I cut strips and adhered to the panel diagonally for interest. 

To coordinate the pieces to the background strips I chose one of the colors for the images and used the same color to make the background shadows
