OCC Day 3&4, Watercolor Stamping (card 2 of 3)

I had to improvise on this card, but it turned out all right. Little did I know there are specific stamps made for this watercolor technique, but since I do not have any stamps specifically made for water color, I used what I have. These stamps are Technique Tuesday, Grow Wild. The effect is the same.


I used Distress Inks scattered straw, spiced marmalade, and forest moss for the flowers and foliage. The faint sky background is stormy sky, and the "dirt" is walnut stain. The sentiment is by My Favorite Things.

    I didn't know there were specific stamps either but who cares. What we're using is working just fine, IMHO. I especially like the orange flower.
