Inspiration Wednesday

Be inspired, she said! :) This week's inspiration comes from the fabulous online classes I took a couple of weeks ago. The technique that inspired today's card is stamping with markers.

I first made a window in a panel using the Just Tags dies by My Creative Time. Using repositionable tape, I held the shape inside the window, taping on the back. I colored my stamp using Distress Markers then stamped my image around the window. After I finished the stamping, I used a water brush to spread the color inside the shapes. I embellished by adding black dots to the centers of the flowers.

I adhered the cut out piece to a green panel, then lined up the window cut out on the front panel over the top, adhereing with foam tape to give it dimension. Adhere it all to the card base, add glass pebbles to the larger flowers and done.

Product List:
My Creative Time, Just Tags die
My Creative Time, Fun Pockets flower stamp
My Creative Time, Floral Sentiments 'hello'
Distress Markers, dried marigold, spiced marmalade, scattered straw, peeled paint
Foam tape, glass pebbles, water brush
