Paper Smooches Sparks Challenge

I love Anything Goes challenges -- it's like coloring outside the lines for me. So here's my card for the Anything Goes Challenge at Paper Smooches. I used the Get Outta Town set, which as of right now is my favorite. :)

For my background I used a piece of watercolor paper I did some time ago. The colors are perfect for the summery feeling I wanted to convey. The hibiscus stamp in this set makes a great border. I colored just the centers trying to match them to the shade they are stamped on.

The cocktail and sunglasses I cut in multiples to pop them with foam tape, and grounded them by placing over the top of my sentiment tag.

Here you can see the dimension.

I also added glossy accents to the drink glass and sunglasses. The sentiment and every image are all on the Get Outta Town stamp set. Thanks for looking!

Products used:
Paper Smooches, Get Outta Town stamp set
My Creative Time, speech bubble die (minus the tail)
Copic markers, foam tape, glossy accents, diy watercolor paper

  2. Now the only thing we need to worry about is if the water will reach our chairs :D I have to try the watercolor backgrounds...they look great. The Hibiscus and palms look great faded in the background. Super card.
