Thrifty Thursday

Welcome to Thrifty Thursday with My Creative Time. Today's assignment is to create a project using scraps, or something recycled, and GREEN.

With St. Paddy's day coming up this weekend, how could I not use shamrock and green beer for this one, right!?? Please forgive the strange lighting on my card....that base is WHITE not pink. It must have been reflecting off my shirt when I took the pic. Regardless, I used a white card base, a piece of scrap pattern paper from about a hundred years ago, and spruced it up a tad with clear embossing shamrocks and Guinness bubbles!

Shamrock, banner and circle are all dies by My Creative Time. Mug of beer is by Peachy Keen. I added liquid embroidery for the foamy mug and bubbles. Sentiment from My Creative Time, I Believe in Leprechauns stamp set.

Thanks for coming by! Be sure to check out the other designer blogs for more thrifty ideas.
