Halloween bear and a *WINNER*

Good morning! Before I get started with today's project, I want to announce the winner of the Ballerina accessories die giveaway from the Beary Special Blog Hop on Friday. Chosen by random.org, the winner is Lara, lclass003. Thanks so much for commenting, Lara, and congratulations! Please email me your mailing info and I'll get your die out to you. Also, to everyone who commented, be sure also to check the My Creative Time blog to see if you are one of three winners there as well.

Now for today's project. This little guy is a leftover from the blog hop that I wasn't able to complete in time. I sort of bit off a little more than I could chew I guess. LOL But I wanted to share this even though I didn't get it finished in time for the Beary Special hop. Cuz he's so cute!

The adorable bear is a Peachy Keen/Cottage Cutz collaboration. I just love the versatility of it - he could be standing or sitting or however you want to position him, and he comes with several different facial expressions. I used the Create a Critter2 cartridge for his accessories. Then I added stickles to the hat band and broom, and twine for his wig and the straw on the broom.

For my message, I used the My Creative Time Just Tags die, and a variety of stamp sets also by My Creative Time, to create this one of a kind sentiment. The bat is from the Create a Critter2 cartridge, the cute little ghost and moon buttons I've had in my stash for years.

Did you notice the stamped leaves background? In case you were wondering where that stamp comes from, it's NOT a stamp!!! I used the My Creative Time leaves die -- yes, it's a DIE! -- to stamp these leaves. I love it!!!!

The cloud is by My Creative Time, the adorable googly eyed bat again from the Create a Critter2 cartridge, and the sentiment by My Creative Time. I used the PTI banner die for the sign and just cut a little 'stick' from brown scrap.

This little guy greets you on the inside of the card.

Thanks for coming by today. I hope this sweet little bear was worth the wait. Have a great week!
