Happy Halloween

Do you make your kids, or your own, Halloween costumes? I have always made the kids' costumes, sometimes sewing and sometimes from thrift shop finds. We used to have so much fun digging through the racks to find the perfect outfits. I'm so glad my girls continue this fun Halloween activity. This is Grace and Jeffery in their homemade costumes last year. Grace, then 10, is a witch, of course, and Jeffery, then 17, found his awesome pirate costume piece by piece in the women's dept at the thrift store...right down to the boots. I think he did great, and he looks fabulous!

The layout I've been working on this week. It's probably the lumpiest page I've ever done, and I just love it. {If you're interested in the display stand, you can find them in my Etsy store. Fits up to a 12x12 page.}
