DO play with matchbooks!

The newest release by Lifestyle Crafts includes some fun new project shapes - and as you probably know by now, those are my favorite kinds of dies! I love little boxes and booklets and folders and all those fun things.

For my projects this week, I've used the new matchbook dies. Doesn't it seem like we never have a piece of paper when we need one? Well, it happens to me all the time, no matter what size handbag I'm carrying. LOL So I made these adorable little note pads to toss in my bag to jot down a phone number, address, library hours, date (or even a license plate number if something should warrent! LOL) or whatever. So handy and so cute!

You can't see in the pics, but before I stapled the note papers into the matchbook covers, I ran them through my perforating blade. I love that thing.

Product list:
Lifestyle Crafts Sweet Simplicity scallop end matchbook die, DC0113

I used the plain matchbook die to make these gift enclosure cards. Thank you for a teacher, and congrats for a new graduate. These are so cute. I love the size too.

  1. Yes! Adorable! Reminds me when I bought plain one's with inserts from Hobby Lobby. I scrapped them and filled the inserts with pics of the kids for Mother's Day one yeR.

This would be a great die to have on hand!
